Sorting & Drying process to remove impurities and moisture from raw material.

Activation
Activation process required to improve test result of natural bentonite.
Step 4
Pulverizing Process
Pulverizing process is to produce grade wise powder form from activated bentonite or natural bentonite.
Step 5
Quality Test
During Pulverizing process, We do in-process inspection on regular interval to test the quality parameters. If improvement required, we take an immediate action to get final product as per quality standard.
Step 6
Packing & Dispatch
The products are packed in 25kg to 50kg Bags, 1MT to 1.4MT Jumbo Bags and Loose form. Even as per customer requirements.
